Welcome to Peaches Pack!

A different approach to caring for dogs!

At Peaches Pack, dogs aren’t just cared for they’re understood.

I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember whether they were dogs, cats, bunnies or horses. Taking care of them has always just been second nature to me. Over time that turned into paying closer attention to what dogs actually need day to day. Not just quick walks or backyard time, but real exercise, structure, and consistent guidance.

That’s what eventually led to building Peaches Pack. It’s centered around giving dogs a more balanced routine focusing on outdoor exploration and structured pack time. Thriving in an environment where they can move, think, and decompress the way they’re supposed to.

Peaches Pack was built around that idea.

How It Started

In 2014 I brought home a Shiba Inu named Yoshi, and not long after his sister Peaches. Yoshi was the kind of dog that wanted to be out doing something, hiking, exploring, always up for the next outing. He ended up shaping a lot of how I think about what dogs actually need.

Losing him to a rare autoimmune disorder was tough, but it also shifted my perspective. It made me a lot more intentional about how dogs spend their time and making sure they’re getting real experiences, not just passing the day.

Peaches Pack is built on giving every dog the kind of life I gave my own.

That carries into everything we do now.

Days aren’t random or chaotic, they’re built around the group, the environment, and the dogs in it. We’re out in forests, on trails, at rivers and quiet spots where dogs can actually move and settle into what they’re doing without constant noise or pressure.

Some dogs run, some hang back and explore, some just like being part of the group. That’s all part of it.

My two dogs are a big factor in how the pack runs day to day.
Penny is the wild one, high energy, playful, always ready to go. She naturally connects with the more active dogs and is great at getting them moving, especially ones that are a little unsure or need help coming out of their shell.

Peach is the opposite. She’s calm, easygoing, and gets along with pretty much everyone. She’s especially good with the more laid-back dogs or ones that just want to hang back and take things slower.

It’s not about wearing dogs out just for the sake of it, it’s about giving them a day that actually makes sense for them!
